SUPER GOOD POTATOES 
1 c. sour cream
10 oz. grated cheese (sharp)
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
Dash of salt & pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. onions, chopped
2 c. Corn Flake crumbs

Mix sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper, undiluted soup and onion with bag of hash browns still frozen in a 2-quart dish. Mix 1/2 cup of melted butter with Corn Flake crumbs. Sprinkle on top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
