STICKY FINGERS 
1 block butter
1 box brown sugar
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 tbsp. maple extract
1 c. pecans

Melt butter, add sugar, stir over heat. When hot through and nearly comes to boil, take off heat. Beat eggs, add flavoring. Add to sugar mixture, stir. Add flour and beat thoroughly. Add nuts. Pour into greased pan 13 x 9 inches. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into squares.
