CHICKEN STIR FRY CASSEROLE 
1. 2 c. diced cooked chicken
2. 8-12 oz. noodles, cooked and drained.
3. 2 cloves garlic, minced
4. 2 tbsp. butter
5. 1 1/2 c. zucchini, raw
6. 1 1/2 c. carrots, raw
7. 1 1/2 c. broccoli
8. 4 tsp. lemon juice
9. 2 tsp. basil
10. 1/4 tsp. pepper
11. 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
12. 3/4 c. light mayonnaise
13. 3/4 c. 2% or buttermilk

Saute #3 and #4. Add vegetables #5, #6, and #7. Saute 5 minutes. Mix together #8-#13. Mix everything together. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with salad and bread. Good way to use up left over chicken.
