APRICOT NECTAR SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
2 1/2 c. apricot nectar
1 c. small marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
Dash salt
3 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 c. apricot nectar
1 c. whipped cream
Grated cheddar cheese

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add marshmallows, then apricot nectar. Pour into 8 x 12 inch pan. Place in refrigerator to set. Combine sugar, salt, flour and add egg slowly then 1 cup nectar. Cook over low heat until thickened. Cool and fold in 1 cup cream, whipped. Spread over congealed gelatin and before serving sprinkle grated cheddar cheese.
