APRICOT NECTAR CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 3/4 c. apricot brandy 3/4 c. oil 1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello 4 eggs Put all ingredients into a bowl and beat well by hand. Pour into a greased tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. As soon as cake is removed from the oven, glaze with 1 cup powdered sugar dissolved in 5 tablespoons of lemon juice. |
