SPANISH RICE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 c. chopped celery
1 green pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Cumin seed
Basil
1 c. corn with liquid
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 c. instant rice

In a large fry pan over medium heat, brown the meat until brown and crumbly. Add the onions, garlic, celery, pepper and seasonings just as meat looses its pinkness. Add corn, tomato sauce and rice. Stir to mix. Cover. Simmer 5 minutes while rice cooks. Serves 4.
