1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, softened
1 c. milk

Mix cake with butter and 1 cup of milk and beat (DO NOT ADD EGGS). Bake in three 8 or 9 inch round cake pans.

ICING:

3/4 of a lg. cream cheese (6 oz.)
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. Cool Whip
3 pts. strawberries
