POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) bag Ore Ida hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. butter melted
1/2 c. chopped onion
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. shredded Velveeta cheese

Mix all ingredients together and pour into buttered 13 x 9 x 2 casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
