BROCCOLI TURKEY SUPREME 
4 c. cubed cooked turkey
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. thawed frozen broccoli florets, drained
1 (6.9 oz.) pkg. chicken-flavored rice mix
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Transfer to a greased 3-quart baking dish or use a 9 x 13 pan. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Uncover.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until rice is tender.

Yields 8 servings.
