CHICKEN BROCCOLI SUPREME 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
6 c. bite sized pieces of cooked chicken
1 pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix

Cook broccoli in accordance with package directions and drain. Saute mushrooms in butter until soft, but not brown. In a bowl combine the 2 soups. Arrange all ingredients, except the stuffing, in layers in a well greased casserole. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before preparing to bake. Just before baking prepare herb stuffing in accordance with package directions. Arrange prepared stuffing over the top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
