SPINACH DIP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach (drained & thawed)
2 tbsp. finely chopped scallions or green onions
1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Serve well chilled. Makes about 1 1/2 cups dip.
