"DIP" (FOR THOSE SPECIAL OCCASIONS) | |
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. sour cream 1 can chopped water chestnuts 1 pkg. Knorr's vegetable dip 2 to 3 chopped scallions 1 loaf of rounded dark bread STEP 1: Cook and thoroughly drain spinach. STEP 2: Chop scallions and water chestnuts and mix with drained spinach. STEP 3: Add sour cream, mayonnaise and vegetable dip. Stir together and chill. STEP 4: Take bread and slice off the very top to give the appearance of a bowl with cover. STEP 5: Scoop out the bread inside and save the pieces to use with the dip. STEP 6: Fill the bread "bowl" with the dip and surround it with the pieces of bread. Serve! |
