SPINACH DIP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup, dip and recipe mix
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
3 green onions, chopped

Combine ingredients and stir until well mixed. Cover and chill 2 hours to blend flavors. Stir well and serve with cut up vegetables, chips or bread cubes.
