SPINACH DIP 
1 pkg. frozen spinach
1 pkg. vegetable soup mix
1 can water chestnuts
3 scallions
1 pt. sour cream

Cook spinach and drain water. Finely chop spinach, water chestnuts, and scallions. Mix all the vegetables, soup mix, and sour cream together. Should be chilled overnight.

Can be served in bowl with crackers or bagette slices. Looks especially nice in hallowed out round sour dough French bread. Serve on platter with bagettes.
