1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
1 tbsp. sugar

Blend together and put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread evenly on bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. COOL COMPLETELY.

SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1/2 of 12 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix together and spread over bottom.

NEXT LAYER:

2 sm. pkgs. of instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Beat 2-3 minutes. Pour over cream cheese mixture.

TOPPING:

Spread rest of Cool Whip on top, then spread nuts or coconut or shredded chocolate on top.
