POTATOES ROMANOFF 
5 c. cooked potatoes, cubed
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 c. creamed cottage cheese
1/4 c. minced green onion tops
1 sm. clove garlic, crushed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Paprika for sprinkling

Boil potatoes in lightly salted water. Drain and cube. In a 1 quart mixing bowl, mix sour cream, cottage cheese, onion tops, garlic and salt; stir into cubed potatoes. Place in a 2 quart greased casserole dish. Top with grated cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
