ROMANOFF POTATOES 
6 good sized potatoes, cooked in jacket, cool, peel, and grate
3/4 c. pt. sour cream
1 1/2 shredded sharp or cheddar cheese, divided
3 green onions, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix together, place in casserole, sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded cheese on top. Shake on a little paprika. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes if it starts getting to brown, put foil on top.
