POTATOES ROMANOFF 
6 c. cooked, cubed potatoes
2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 garlic clove, minced
3 tbsp. chives
2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients, reserving some of the cheese for topping. Pour into a 3-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with reserved cheese and return to oven until melted. Serves 6.
