STUFFED PEPPERS 
4 peppers
1 c. cooked rice
1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can Manwich
1 c. Cheddar cheese

Wash and pare green peppers. Remove seeds. Parboil 5 minutes. Prepare rice, cook beef until redness is gone, drain fat. Add rice, salt, pepper, 1/2 can Manwich; mix lightly. Pour in peppers. Pour remaining Manwich over peppers, top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
