BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 steak from London broil
1 box fresh mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
Garlic salt to taste
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 lg. onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream

Flour steak, brown in oil; add onion and mushrooms, 1 cup water and bouillon cubes. Cook for 1 hour. Mix 1/4 cup flour with 1 cup water. Add to beef, mix well. Add sour cream last. Serve over noodles.
