NORWEGIAN MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. of ground beef
1/2 tsp. of nutmeg
1/4 c. of milk
1/4 c. of flour
Salt and pepper, to taste
Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients together and make balls tablespoon size. Brown meat balls in oil on medium heat. While meat balls are browning, chop 1 large onion.

Remove balls from oil and make gravy. Add onions and meatballs to gravy. Cover and cook on low for 45 minutes. Serve over boiled potatoes and carrots. Serve 4.

Gravy-add 2 tablespoons of flour to oil, salt and pepper, to taste. Add browning sauce if desired. Add water to desired thickness.
