TRIPLE HERB FLANK STEAK 
1-2 lb. lean flank steak
1 tsp. dried basil, dried thyme
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Trim fat from steak. Combine next 5 ingredients; press on to both sides of steak. Place steak on a rack coated with vegetable cooking spray and place rack in a shallow roasting pan. Broil 5 inches from heat, about 4 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices. Yields 8 servings.
