LEMONY FLANK STEAK 
2 flank steaks, 1 1/4 lbs. each
1 tbsp. olive oil
3/4 c. beef broth
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Pound steaks and score on both sides. Heat 10 inch nonstick skillet over medium high heat for 2 minutes. Add one steak at a time and sear on both sides. Remove from pan and rub on both sides with olive oil.

Combine beef broth and Worcestershire and add to pan. Mix garlic and parsley. Place one steak in pan. Top with half garlic mixture, lemon slices, salt and pepper. Top with second steak then top with remaining garlic mixture, lemon slices, salt and pepper. Cover and cook over medium low heat 15 to 18 minutes or until done. Remove from pan and slice on diagonal. Serve with pan juice.
