FLANK STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. flank steak
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp. dry mustard

Stab steak with fork. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over steak. Marinate for 24 hours turning once. Broil or barbecue. Slice thin, diagonally.
