FLANK STEAK BROIL 
1 1/2 lb. flank steak
2/3 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. coarse pepper
1/4 tsp. basil
Dash Tabasco

Simmer all ingredients together except steak. Marinate steak overnight in mixture. Remove steak from sauce and grill over charcoal. Slice thin.

Heat sauce and place meat in sauce. Serve on buns. Great for picnics.
