ORIENTAL BROILED TURKEY STEAKS 
1 turkey breast
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. MSG (Accent)
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. minced garlic

Cut turkey breast crosswise into 1 inch steaks. Combine all other ingredients in glass bowl, allow to stand overnight at room temperature. Pour over turkey steaks, cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Drain steaks and grill, allowing 8 minutes on each side.

Brush with marinade, if desired.
