MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
2 (1 to 1 1/4) flank steaks
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp. minced onion
3 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Prick both sides of steaks with fork and place in a large shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over steak. Cover, marinate 24 hours in refrigerator turning occasionally. Remove steaks from marinate. Grill over hot coals for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Serves 6 to 8.
