CHOCOLATE CHEESE PIE 
1 recipe graham cracker crust
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sq. (1 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 can (21 oz.) prepared cherry pie filling

1. Prepare crust and set aside.

2. Place cream cheese in medium mixing bowl microwave until cheese softens (about 2 minutes). Add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat at low speed of electric mixer until blended. Set aside.

3. Place chocolate in small bowl. Microwave until chocolate can be stirred smooth (about 3/4 minute). Add to cream cheese mixture. Add sour cream. Beat at low speed until smooth.

4. Pour into prepared crust. Place on saucer in oven. Microwave for 6-8 minutes or until center is slightly set. Let stand for 10 minutes. Chill for 6 hours or until set. Top with cherry pie filling.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
