CHOCOLATE CHEESE PIE 
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. heavy cream
3 tbsp. flour
Pinch of soda
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Melt chocolate over hot water; set aside. Beat eggs in small bowl until thick and light colored; gradually beat in sugar and continue beating until very thick. Soften cream cheese in larger bowl, add heavy cream, and beat together until smooth and thickened. Blend in melted chocolate, fold in egg mixture, then flour, soda, salt and vanilla. Blend well; pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in 325 degrees oven 50 to 55 minutes, or until cake tester comes out clean; cool. Serve at room temperature or chill. Garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate. Serve 6 to 8.
