CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE PIE | |
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/2 c. sugar 1/3 c. melted butter 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 2 tbsp. milk 12 oz. Cool Whip 2 small pkg. chocolate pudding (instant) 3 1/2 c. milk Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter. Press into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Chill 15 minutes. Beat softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons milk in small mixing bowl while crust is chilling. Fold in half of Cool Whip. Spread mixture over chilled crust. Prepare pudding according to directions on box except use 3 1/2 cups milk. Pour over cream cheese layer. Chill 2 hours. Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding. Note: You might like to combine 1/3 to 1/2 cup chopped pecans in crust. |
