TRUFFLES CHEESECAKE 
1 Keebler graham cracker pie crust
3 oz. milk chocolate, melted
1/4 c. chocolate liqueur
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. butter, melted

TOPPING:

3 oz. chocolate, melted
1/4 c. liqueur

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Slowly beat chocolate liqueur and chocolate with whisk until smooth. Set aside. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix in cream and butter just until blended. Pour half of the cheese mixture in crust. Spoon half of chocolate mixture on top. Add remaining cheese mixture and spoon remaining chocolate mixture on top. Cut through filling to create marble effect. Bake 35 minutes on baking sheet. Turn oven off and let cheesecake remain in oven one hour. Cool on wire rack. Chill three hours. In small bowl, combine melted chocolate and liqueur and beat with whisk until smooth. Chill. Spread on cheesecake prior to serving.
