FUDGE TRUFFLE CHEESECAKE 
Crust:

1-1/2 cups vanilla wafers
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup butter

Preheat oven to 300°F. Mix crust ingredients and put into springform pan. For chocolate crust, add 1/3 cup Hershey's cocoa.

Cake:

2 cups chocolate chips
3 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can Eagle Brand milk
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate chips. In bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Beat in milk; add melted chips, eggs and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust and bake 1 hour and 5 minutes.
