CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE CHEESECAKE 
1 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. chocolate chips, melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Creamy Raspberry Sauce

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Stir together crumbs and butter in small bowl. Press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes.

3. Beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed until well blended.

4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

5. Blend in chips and vanilla. Pour over crust.

6. Bake 45 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim. Chill.

7. Spoon Creamy Raspberry Sauce onto each serving plate. Place slice of cheesecake over. 10-12 servings.

CREAMY RASPBERRY SAUCE:

1 (10 oz.) raspberries in lite syrup
3 tbsp. whipping cream

Place berries in food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Strain. Stir in cream.
