BAKED MASHED POTATOES | |
5 lbs. potatoes 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. sour cream 2 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. butter Cook potatoes and mash. Add cream cheese, sour cream and onion. Mix until smooth. Put in greased baking dish and dot with butter. Put in refrigerator overnight. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Stir before serving. Serves approximately 12. |
