MASHED POTATO BAKE 
Left-over mashed potatoes
4 oz. cream cheese
10 oz. cooked green beans
2 c. cooked ham, diced
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 tbsp. milk
Paprika

Spread mashed potatoes on bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate to form a shell. Dot with cream cheese. Fill shell with cooked green beans and ham.

Use the microwave to make a sauce from the cheese and milk. Pour over the ham and beans. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees until heated through, about 25 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
