CREAMY MASHED POTATO BAKE 
1 1/3 c. French's French fried onions
3 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder (if desired)
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine mashed potatoes, sour cream, milk and garlic powder in large bowl; mix well. Spoon half the mixture into 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with 2/3 cup French fried onions and 1/2 cup cheese.

Bake 30 minutes until hot. Top with remaining onions and cheese.

Bake 5 minutes until onions are golden.

Serves 6.
