CREAMY MASHED POTATOES 
8-12 potatoes, mashed
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese

Add cream cheese and sour cream to mashed potatoes and beat until light and fluffy. Put in butter and sprinkle with paprika. Great to make ahead of time for big occasions. Put in 9"x13" cake pan or appropriate size and set in the refrigerator overnight.
