FILLED PUMPKIN ROLL 
3 eggs
2/3 c. pumpkin pie filling
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. flour

Mix well. Grease cookie sheet and sides, line with waxed paper, grease paper. Pour mixture onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn cake upside down on tea towel dusted with 10x sugar. Pull paper off and roll tight. Cool. Unroll and fill.

FILLING PART:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. 10x sugar
1 tbsp. soft butter

Mix well, spread on cake and reroll. Wrap in foil.
