GERMAN POUND CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
Pinch of salt
3 c. flour
1 c. milk
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs; one at a time beating well after each. Add dry ingredients together and add to mixture; alternately with milk. Add vanilla, blend well. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
