SAUSAGE PIN WHEELS 
1 stick butter, softened
1 lg. (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheesec. self-rising flour
1 lb. sausage (med. or hot)

Cream butter and cream cheese together. Add flour. Mix well. Shape into a ball. Roll out on floured board and spread sausage on top. Roll up into long roll. Wrap in foil and chill in refrigerator. Slice into pin wheels and bake in 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes. DO NOT OVER COOK. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen (according to the thickness of the slices).
