SAUSAGE PIN WHEELS 
2 c. all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk
1 lb. pan sausage, fried and drained well

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and cut in shortening. Pour in milk, knead on floured board. Roll out to a square about 1/4 inch thick. Crumble sausage over biscuit square evenly and roll in waxed paper. Chill. Slice with sharp knife. Bake on cookie sheet 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees or until brown.
