PUMPKIN CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. canned pumpkin

Cream sugar and oil, add eggs. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Lastly, add pumpkin. Pour into 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix until smooth, frost and sprinkle with walnuts.
