1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream together until fluffy

Add:

2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Chill 2 hours and shape into small balls around a Hersheys kiss or candied cherry. 40 Hersheys kisses. Place on greased sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
