BEEF WELLINGTON | |
1 pack of shredded Mozzarella cheese 2 lbs. ground beef 1 onion, diced 2 tbsp. sour cream 1 lb. chopped broccoli 2 cans croissant rolls Brown beef and drain fat. Mix onions with ground beef, sour cream, cheese and broccoli and stir. Place 1 can of croissant in buttered casserole dish. Empty contents into dish and place second can of croissants on top. Seal all holes on the top. Separate 1 egg and rub egg white on top layer. Turn oven on 350 degrees until golden brown. |
