INDIVIDUAL MEAT LOAVES 
1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

1. Combine and soak the bread crumbs and tomato juice

2. Add and mix beef, eggs, onion, mustard, salt and pepper.

3. Grease large size muffin tins and fill each.

4. Freeze unwrapped. Remove from freezer, let stand 10 minutes. Rewrap each and return to freezer for use, as needed. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
