INDIVIDUAL MEAT LOAVES 
1 egg
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. grated carrots
1 env. Italian salad dressing mix
2 lbs. ground beef

Combine egg and milk in bowl; stir in bread crumbs. Add celery, carrots, and salad dressing mix. Add beef and mix. Shape into 8 loaves. Wrap each loaf in foil and freeze. Bake each loaf at 400 degrees about 20 minutes. Wonderful to have on hand!
