3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. diced bananas
1 1/2 c. butter flavored oil
3 lg. eggs
8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. can coconut

Sift flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon together; do not use mixer. Mix well. Add bananas and oil. Beat nuts, coconut and vanilla; mix well. Bake in greased and floured tube or Bundt pan 1 hour and 20 minutes in 350 degrees.
