HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. pecans
2 c. ripe bananas, mashed

Mix ingredients together, bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well, spread on cool cake.
