1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable dry soup mix
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise

Place block of frozen spinach on chopping board and carefully slice with a sharp knife. This will chop the spinach very fine. After it is completely thawed, squeeze out all the water possible. Mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
