"KNORR" SPINACH DIP 
10 oz. pkg. chopped spinach
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. "Knorr" vegetable soup mix
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
3 green onions, chopped

Thaw and squeeze spinach until dry. Blend all ingredients together well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Stir before serving.
